About this Event
Join us for The Healing Table, a deeply nourishing wellness experience designed to help women reset, reconnect, and restore from the inside out. Hosted at Mint Porch Cafe in Flatbush Central, this immersive gathering blends conscious nourishment with holistic healing practices in a safe and calming environment. Guests will enjoy healing food tastings, nervous system regulation exercises, meditation, breathwork, Reiki healing, gentle movement, and a sacred tea ceremony with an introduction to steam reading.
The event will be led by Caribbean-born wellness practitioners Connie Marie Hackshaw-Peters, Reiki Master and Wellness Facilitator, alongside Chef Isra Gordon, Chef Instructor and Functional Nutritionist. Together, they will guide attendees through an intentional journey focused on healing, balance, and self-care through food, mindfulness, and energy work.
