About this Event
Learn ways to navigate and process themes related to deconstruction, religious trauma, spiritual abuse, and reclamation. This group creates space for those who have experienced spiritual abuse and want to explore their history with religion, and begin re-imagining new ways they might begin relating to religion and spirituality. If you have experienced spiritual abuse in any context, religious or non-religious, we would love to hold space with you.

Looking for a safe space to grow, connect, and heal? Our 6-week support groups, hosted by experienced therapists at our non-profit, are here for you. Groups will be private after the first 3 sessions, ensuring confidentiality and trust. Choose virtual or in-person sessions based on your needs!
