About this Event
This 2-hour Olympic weightlifting workshop is fully dedicated to improving your Jerk technique, balance, and overhead confidence.
Led by , Olympic medalist and international coach, the session focuses on dip and drive mechanics, timing, and stable receiving positions. You’ll train in a small group (max 12 athletes) with hands-on coaching, targeted accessory work, and a focused jerk block up to ~80%, helping you make lifts more repeatable and controlled.
