Calling all expecting fathers, partners, and support people — this one’s for you. Whether this is your first baby or you’re adding to your crew, Olivewood offers a space to build confidence, ask real questions, and prepare to support your growing family with intention and care.
In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll cover:
👣 The Birth Experience – understanding labor, delivery, and how to offer meaningful support
🩺 Common Interventions – what they are and how to advocate with your partner
🛏️ Postpartum Realities – healing, emotions, and how to truly show up
🍼 Infant Feeding & Newborn Care – bottle, breast, chestfeeding, and newborn basics
