Join us for an intimate recital with internationally acclaimed pianist Olga Scheps. Born in Moscow and raised in Germany, Scheps began playing piano at the age of four and quickly gained recognition through competitions such as Jugend musiziert. She made her orchestral debut at the Tonhalle Düsseldorf at just 14, performing Prokofiev’s First Piano Concerto, and has since built an international career with appearances across Europe, the U.S., Israel and Asia, including her American debut at the Majestic Theatre in San Antonio. A regular guest at major venues such as the Berlin Philharmonie and the Wiener Musikverein, she is celebrated for performances of emotional intensity and technical brilliance. After signing with RCA Red Seal, she released her debut Chopin album in 2010, earning an ECHO Klassik Award as Newcomer of the Year.This evening’s Chopin recital features:
