According to the Ottawa Food Bank's Hunger Report, it was reported that more than 25% of Ottawa households experienced food insecurity in 2025.
Join us for an evening with this panel of community leaders, experts and speakers from the Ottawa area, who are actively working to address food insecurity in our community. They will share some important and encouraging information. Learn how innovative gardening initiatives, urban agriculture and special community partnerships are helping to bridge the food gap.
Panelists include:
Peter Tilley - CEO, Ottawa Mission
Nelson Coyle - Carlington Community Health Centre (Board Director) and Founding Member of the Healthful Food Working Group
Carla De Ciccio - Director of Marketing, Growcer
Tom Robson - Coordinator, Community Harvest Farm (The Ottawa Food Bank)
