WHO: US Coast Guard Auxiliary Instructors & You - a person who wants to be a safer boater.WHAT: Ohio Boater Education Course (OBEC), a NASBLA Approved course.
WHY: Persons born on or after January 1, 1982 who operate a boat in Ohio powered by more than 10 horsepower must provide proof of boater education. Persons born before that date need this education, too, even if a refresher.
