Alright you beauts. End of January last year @_hubey__ smashed it and we all enjoyed the end of a cold wet January.
Friday 30 Jan we hope you’re up for another fun wee night with us as we welcome @shedcat_dj and @froski_muzak behind the OH! decks.
Shedcat delivers a sensual, genre-blurring sound, dancing between tribal rhythms, euphoric energy and textured grooves.
Glasgow-raised and globally shaped- her journey took her through South America and Australia, where she started DJing and immersed herself in dance music culture.
From workshops with Eris Drew & CC:DISCO to teaching in remote communities and spinning at bush doofs, her sound is rooted in depth and connection.
Now back in Glasgow, she’s played the likes of La Cheetah, The Berkeley Suite, The Flying Duck, Stereo and Radio Buena Vida.
Besides DJing, she has been focusing on music production this year with a techno track, ‘Good Nasty’ being released next year
Cosmic, shimmer, emotive, ‘wonk’ are some themes she likes to explore
