We’re partnering with our friends at Cincinnati State Brewing Program to talk about off flavors, alongside our very own Becca Ransohoff, Assistant Quality Assurance Manager at the Samuel Adams Cincinnati Brewery!

What contributes to off flavor in beer? What are some of the main off flavors to look for? We’ll be going over the big 5 off flavors including Oxidation and Diacetyl, as well as talking a little about how we screen for these off flavors at our production brewery. There will also be an opportunity to learn a little more about Cincinnati State’s Brewing Program and the types of brewing education classes they offer!
