October Overdrive – Beetleweight Build DayThe Canterbury Combat Robots League is back with October Overdrive!
Like our other build days, this event is all about getting together to work on bots in a casual, hands-on setting. Whether you’re assembling your very first beetleweight, fine-tuning a veteran machine, or just curious about how robot combat works, this is the perfect place to dive in.
We’ll spend the early afternoon building, repairing, and running test spins. Once the bots are dialed in, we’ll roll into a light fight schedule, nothing too serious, just a chance to see the robots in action and get some arena time before the bigger events.
Spectators are always welcome! Drop by to check out the chaos, chat with builders, and maybe even try your hand at driving a demo bot if one’s free.
