OCRATHLON is an emerging multi-discipline sport consisting of a running track, a power track, and a skill / technical track. This event will feature the indoor test race of its 200-meter sprint distance.
After completing the initial running segment, competitors will face a series of strength and functional exercises in the second section (including triceps bar, sandbag carry, platform/box step-ups, and ski ergometer).
In the final section, athletes will tackle OCR-style obstacles such as the monkey bars, Icarus wheels, crawl under net, and ring sequence.
Starts will take place in pairs, and official timing and medal will be provided for all competitors that finish the course.

-Participation : FREE of charge, but registration is required!

-Event time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with paired starts every 5 minutes
