This class syncs your movements with the gentle rhythms of the sea, integrating smooth, slow-flowing poses and deep breathing into a meditative practice. Ideal for relaxation and reconnecting with nature, it offers a peaceful retreat, allowing you to immerse yourself in the calming presence of oceanic tranquility.

This 60-minute session begins with 30 minutes of invigorating Vinyasa flow, where you'll synchronize breath with movement, build strength, increase flexibility, and elevate your heart rate through a series of fluid and creative sequences. The practice then transitions into 30 minutes of restorative Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that promotes profound relaxation and mental clarity.
