Ocean View Mat Pilates - Private Class

Private one on one workout for your mind and body. Get into the best mental and physical shape of your life. We will begin with customized core-strengthening exercises that tone, stimulate, and promote cell regeneration for hair, skin, and nails while looking out at the beautiful ocean. Meditation will follow by listening to the ocean waves or taking a mindfulness walk to a private rooftop terrace to practice breathwork! Please bring a towel. Sunscreen, hat/sunglasses, and water bottle are recommended.
