Experience the serenity of the ocean with Ocean Flow. This class harmonizes your movements with the natural rhythms of the sea, integrating fluid Vinyasa poses and deep breathing into a meditative practice. Ideal for relaxation and reconnecting with nature, it provides a peaceful retreat, allowing you to immerse yourself in the soothing presence of oceanic tranquility.
This 60-minute session begins with 30 minutes of invigorating Vinyasa flow, where you'll synchronize breath with movement, build strength, increase flexibility, and elevate your heart rate through a series of fluid and creative sequences. The practice then transitions into 30 minutes of restorative Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that promotes profound relaxation and mental clarity.
