O'Bannon's St Patrick's Day Festival 2026!

O’BANNON’S is your place to “PADDY HARD” this St Patrick’s Day!
Once again, St Patrick's Day falls on a weekday. TUESDAY, MARCH 17th! We are going to build on last year's success and hold our street festival all weekend long!
Here is the rundown:
FRIDAY, 13th:
We begin shutting down Boyett St (in front of the pub) at noon and setting up our 60ft tent. The pub opens at 4pm
SATURDAY, 14th: The pub opens at 2pm!
OUTSIDE: Opens at 4pm
BWD Bites food truck will be here in the afternoon serving delicious food!
We have a DJ playing your favorite music the first couple of hours then we have live music the rest of the night! First up on the stage w/ Lark Wayne singing your favorite classic rock and Texas Country songs!
Later Saturday night we have Dessens Bros & the Shag Carpet. This 7 pc band covers everything from old country to modern rock and sprinkle in an Irish song or two!

SUNDAY, 15th- If you like LIVE IRISH MUSIC, Great Guinness Relay, etc…then SUNDAY is your day.
WE OPEN AT 12pm for SUNDAY FUNDAY and start pulling pints and spiking your coffee with Irish whiskey.
At 1pm BWD Bites will be serving their menu, all day and through the night!
We are the only place in town with LIVE Irish Music. And we’ve got it ALL DAY w/ Blaggards! These guys are regulars at the pub and bring you everything from The Pogues, to Johnny Cash, to Flogging Molly all w/ their own twist. We dare you to try and stay still while listen to these guys. After a full day of Blaggards, at midnight they ROCK the AGGIE WAR HYMN!
We also have events planned throughout the day. We should get frequent visits from Tullamore Dew, Jameson, or Bushmills, Slane, Proper 12 and more!
What about beer? We've got all the green beer you can handle. We will not run out. Guinness? That's our #1 seller at the pub. We are known for it. Guinness takes pride in their beer and how it's poured and we take pride in following that standard. O'Bannon's is consistently one of the top Guinness selling pubs in the entire state of Texas!
In the afternoon we will have a photo booth on site for you to capture your Paddy's Day memories!
We'll have TONS of shirts, beads, shot glasses, hats and just about anything else you can think of to give away!
MONDAY, 16th:
We are giving our staff a bit of rest and opening the pub at 7pm on Monday. Events lined up are:
- O'Bannon's 'SPLIT THE G' glassware and event
- TRIVIA @ 8PM!
At midnight we will all watch as the count down clock finally winds down to 00:00:00:00!
TUESDAY, 17th:
The pub opens at 7am for breakfast!
Breakfast will be eggs, ham, bangers, potatoes, baked beans.
From 2pm-4pm you can get a crack at pouring your own Perfect Pint of Guinness! You'll get to come behind the bar and we'll walk you through the steps as you create the perfect pint just for yourself!
O'Bannon's has one of the BEST St Patrick's Day parties in TEXAS! We were even visited by the Guinness Book of World Records a few years ago!
