Oakhaven Festival - Spring 2025 (Registration)

Information about the Oakhaven Festival (Spring 2025):

• Family-Friendly community event
• Organizations and Vendors
• Food Trucks on site
• Planned music and entertainment(Emcee/DJ Stan Bell; Oakhaven High Band)
• Proceeds will be shared with all three Oakhaven Schools

NOTE: Event Reservations are non-refundable.

Info: • 7 a.m. - Tables and chairs setup begins (by equipment vendor).
• 8:30 a.m. - Participants & Vendors check-in and setup begins.
• 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. - Food Truck check-in and setup period (food sales can begin at 11 a.m. if individual FTV's are ready).
• 11:30 a.m. - All Participants & Vendors setup completed (all booths ready).
• 12 p.m. - Event begins.
• 4 p.m. - Event ends.
• 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. - Pickup of tables and chairs (by equipment vendor); Participants and Vendors break down and clear areas.
