FAQs
1) How do I get my purchased tickets?
Ticket confirmations are sent via email and Wristbands are picked up at Will-Call located in the Crowne Plaza lobby from 5pm - 9pm on December 30th and 10am - 11:30pm on December 31st.
2) Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No bring your valid photo ID to Will-Call located in the Crowne Plaza lobby for wristband pick-up.
3) What is the refund policy?
Absolutely NO REFUNDS after November 15th..
4) What comes with the purchase of "General Admission" tickets?
General admission to the event includes All party rooms and comedy shows. Cash bars are available for drink purchases. DOES NOT include Open Bar, reserved table or breakfast buffet.
5) What comes with the purchase of "VIP" tickets?
VIP Access to the event includes All party rooms comedy shows and VIP access to 3hr Open Bars from 9pm - 12am. DOES NOT include reserved tables or breakfast buffet.
6) What comes with the purchase of a "VIP Reserved Table" ?
The purchase of a VIP Reserved Table includes VIP Access to the event for 10 people with a reserved table with 10 seats within a VIP secured table section. All party rooms comedy shows . Open Bars from 9pm-12am and a complimentary bottle of champagne on the table.
7) Is there a Midnight Breakfast Buffet? Is it included with any event ticket purchase?
There is Midnight Breakfast Buffet available and is sold separately and managed directly by the Crowne Plaza Parkwood's Restaurant.
The Midnight Breakfast is NOT included in the purchase of any ticket to the event.
8) Are all bars available for General and VIP access?
All bars are available for purchasing drinks and for VIP Open Bar Access with the exception of the hotel lobby and restaurant bars, these bars are card only.
9) Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes you must be 21+ (ID checks will be conducted by Security)
10) If I purchase a hotel package do I need to reserve my room with the hotel?
NO you are all set with your room + tickets to the party. Simply check into the hotel as normal.
Names for room packages will be sent over to the hotel by December 29th.
11) Is parking included with the hotel room?
NO. Event Parking is managed by the Crowne Plaza. Special event parking rate will be given.
Taking Uber or Lyft is HIGHLY Recommended. Typically $10 for events.
12) Is there a balloon drop at midnight?
Yes there is an NYE balloon drop and countdown to midnight.
13) Can I purchase tickets at the door on December 31st?
Typically YES there will be tickets available for purchase at the door. Prices will increase.
14) Are the Lobby and Restaurant Bars included with VIP Open Bars (9p-12a)?
NO the lobby and restaurant bars will be available for card purchases only and are NOT included with our event Open Bars (9p - 12a).
15) What time does the mobile event bars open?
All mobile event bars will open at 6:00PM in the ballroom area on the 31st.
