From choosing between for-profit and non-profit models to hybrid structures and impact-driven business models, the legal and financial setup of your venture shapes everything from funding opportunities to governance and growth.

At this NXTLX Community Breakfast, we’ll explore how founders can think strategically about structuring their venture from the beginning.

We’ll start the morning with a short presentation and Q and A session with someone who has already been on this journey, Founder and Lawyer, Daniel Reinhardt, followed by a relaxed breakfast where you can connect with other founders, innovators and ecosystem supporters.
