About this Event
Join me for a female community morning rooted in presence, healing, and connection through the practice of Forest Walk (Shinrin-yoku) - a mindful way of being in nature that supports a regulated nervous system, conscious breathing, and emotional balance.
Forest walk invites us to slow down and engage the senses through gentle walking, silent moments, and sensory “presence capsules.” This practice has been shown to calm the mind, reduce stress, and restore our natural rhythm by reconnecting us with the intelligence of the natural world.
We close our walk with coffee and meaningful conversation, creating space for relaxed connection and shared presence within the neighbourhood.
We are growing this local community for the purpose to unite women for connection, grounding and mindfulness.
This is a free, in-person community event for every women.
