About this Event
These sessions will be led by two Nutrition Coaches, Jordan & Ishka.
Throughout our time working with Personal Training & Nutrition clients, we have found the most common areas of misunderstanding and their associated pitfalls with regard to eating well for the goals and life desired by our clients.
Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, Hormone Support, Mood Management, Eating for overall wellbeing, including sleep. It all starts with food.
We have put together a 6 week series in a cosy cafe setting, to help more people re-gain control over their eating habits.
It IS simpler than you think and we are here to help.
We too have had our own struggles, which have helped shape this event. This is absolutely judgement free space, to learn in a casual setting. Grab a coffee or snack, sit down, relax & learn.
