About this Event
Family building is a personal and unique journey shaped by your choices about if, when, and how to create the family life that feels right for you. It embraces diverse paths and possibilities whether growing close connections with those you care about, building your own sense of family in your own way, or choosing to live a child free life.
This workshop creates a supportive space for all to gently explore their hopes, values, and feelings about these personal decisions.
Through simple creative activities and quiet reflection, you’ll understand your own direction, explore how they connect with your relationships and emotions, and discover ways to create balance and wellbeing in your everyday life. You’ll gain clarity on what matters to you now, build compassion for your unique path, and leave feeling more grounded and confident in your choices.
Whether you are just beginning to explore or seeking fresh insights, this session offers thoughtful guidance and quiet reflection to inspire confidence and compassion in wherever your path may lead.
