Duration: 2 hours
Intention: This workshop is designed to help participants reconnect with their inner worth, cultivate self-love, and leave with personalized affirmations and declarations to support their journey.
Structure:
Welcome & Grounding (15 minutes)
- Introduction to the theme of self-love
- Opening meditation with mindful breathing and affirmations
Gentle Yoga Practice (30 minutes)
- A flow to build self-awareness and compassion, including poses like Seated Cat-Cow, Warrior II, and Savasana
Journaling & Reflection (30 minutes)
- Guided journaling prompts to explore self-love and limiting beliefs
Crafting Affirmations & Declarations (30 minutes)
- Create empowering affirmations and declarations for self-love
Closing Circle (15 minutes)
- Reflection, gratitude sharing, and closing meditation
