A Grateful Yoga Experience
This Mother’s Day, you are invited into a space of deep nourishment, softness, and receiving.
So often, we move through life holding, giving, supporting…
This experience is an opportunity to gently set that down—and allow yourself to be held.
This gathering is open to all.
Whether you are a mother, have a mother, miss a mother, or are learning to mother yourself…
you are welcome here.
We will begin together in a gentle circle before moving through slow, heart-centered movement to soften the body and quiet the mind. From there, you’ll be guided into a nurturing breath practice to help you settle deeper into your body and open to receiving.
You’ll then be led through a guided meditation journey—connecting with the part of you that nurtures, holds, and loves unconditionally.
The experience will continue with extended restorative postures supported by hands-on Reiki, allowing the nervous system to fully unwind while the body and energy field are gently rebalanced.
We will close with soothing sound and integration, giving you space to rest, reflect, and simply be.
This is a space to:

• Receive without needing to give
• Reconnect with your heart
• Honor the nurturer within
You are welcome to come alone, with your mother, your daughter, or someone you love.
