Join us for a deeply nourishing Mother’s Day experience designed to honor the body, the nervous system, and the many expressions of womanhood and motherhood. We’ll open with gentle introductions and a grounding reflection, gathering around a central altar for intention setting. Sit and sip a custom tea blend, creating your own personal infusion to nourish and support you, followed by a moment of honoring—the mothers we are, those who came before, and the practice of self-mothering.
From there, soften into a long, meditative Yin practice, with alchemy crystal sound healing woven throughout, inviting deep release and restoration. We’ll close with an immersive sound bath, allowing space for integration, then gently return for quiet connection and shared reflection.
About your host:
Rachael is a lifelong movement practitioner, teacher, and sound healer with over 15 years of experience in dance, martial arts, and yoga. Her work is rooted in deep listening—guiding students to reconnect with their bodies through mindful, accessible practices that support alignment, restoration, and inner awareness.
With a special love for slower, more meditative modalities, she weaves Yin, restorative movement, dance and alchemy crystal sound healing into her offerings, creating spaces for women and mothers to soften, receive, and be held.
