The Netherlands-Thai Chamber of Commerce (NTCC) is announcing the Annual General Meeting Luncheon with the election of the new board of directors, which will take place at The Okura Prestige Bangkok on Thursday, 30 April 2026, from 11 AM - 2 PM.The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is for the NTCC members only to be recapped of what NTCC had done in 2025. You will be informed about our past activities and financial reports. Most importantly, this AGM gives you the opportunity to contribute your vote for the new election of the members of the Board of Directors.
Call for NTCC Board Member Applications
NTCC is now accepting applications for new Board Members! To qualify, candidates must be corporate members and have paid their membership fee.
We encourage young women entrepreneurs to apply and bring fresh perspectives to our board. If you are interested in contributing to the NTCC community and helping shape its future, we would love to hear from you!

Voting Rights
Voting rights for corporate members (ordinary members)
- Only the permanent representative of corporate members can cast his/her vote during the meeting.
- In case of the Permanent Representative's absence, the alternate representative from the same company, as listed in the NTCC database, can cast a vote on his/her behalf.
- Permanent Representative of corporate members who can't attend the meeting may assign another Permanent Representative from other companies to vote on his/her behalf by signing a proxy form (in the related documents) and sending it to [email protected] before Monday, 27th April 2026.
- If you're unsure who to appoint, simply sign the form and leave the proxy name blank—we will assign a representative for you.
- Additional attendees apart from those stated above will be counted as observers.
