About This Workshop:
In this workshop, Bhavin will guide a grounding Yin yoga practice, inviting you to slow down, settle into stillness, and gently release physical and energetic tension. Each posture will be held for several minutes, supported by breath and awareness, allowing space for deeper connection within. While you're in these restful shapes, Kathryn will quietly move around the room to offer Reiki. Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and always respectful of personal space. With light touch or hands hovering over areas like the shoulders, head, or feet where it feels appropriate, Reiki helps to deepen relaxation, support energetic balance, and create a peaceful, nurturing experience throughout the session.
About your instructors Kathryn & Bhavin:
Kathryn Greco is a Reiki Master Teacher and certified yoga and meditation instructor with a deep passion for healing. Trained in Kundalini, Hatha, and Yin Yoga, she weaves these practices into her teachings to support both humans and animals in their journeys toward balance and vitality. Kathryn has created meditation series to help individuals heal their chakras and connect more deeply with animals, freely available on streaming platforms. Through her signature program, Triple Fit Lifestyle, she has guided hundreds to elevate the energy of their body, mind, and spirit. Constantly learning and evolving in the wellness field, Kathryn shares her knowledge generously, finding true fulfilment in witnessing the healing transformations that Reiki brings to her clients.
Bhavin is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher who left his corporate HR career to pursue a more meaningful path through yoga. Trained in Rishikesh in the Himalayan tradition, his teachings are rooted in classical Hatha and influenced by the deeper principles of karma, dharma, and self-inquiry. In his classes, you don't just stretch; you breathe, focus on drishtis, and practice mindfulness that goes beyond the mat. He is not just offering yoga; he’s sharing a piece of his journey - a journey that helped him explore the self.
