Experience the benefits of meditation as you are led through and explore various styles of meditation using various techniques.
Includes gentle yoga movements before and after meditation practice to move energy.
Close the practice with enhanced self-awareness on a path towards inner peace and balance. Leave the workshop with practical knowledge on how to start your own meditation practice.
About the Instructor Cathy:
Cathy has been a fitness professional for 20 years and a yoga instructor for almost 10 years. She completed her 200 hour RYTT at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in Bahamas and continues on the path of learning, evolving and growing.
Her certifications include Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, and Yoga for Active Aging. She is also a certified Pilates Mat Instructor and Group Fitness Specialist teaching various formats. Her passion of health and wellness is contagious and she is excited to share her knowledge with you!
