Session NPCIF25 EP1 Scaling Solutions Together

Focus Nonprofit Growth and Capacity Building

In this 2-hour session, focused on Scaling Nonprofit Impact, will provide nonprofit leaders with actionable strategies and collaborative opportunities to enhance their organization’s growth and capacity. Through a combination of panel discussions and group activities, participants will explore key topics such as program expansion, fundraising, and volunteer management.

The session will begin with updates and an inspiring ice breaker where attendees share recent organizational milestones.
