About this Event
As the wise African proverb tells us...
"If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."
Join our special guest Padmaja Das, Nuclear Deterministic Engineer at Rolls Royce SMR and Novi Bravery Award Winner, for a powerful and deeply honest evening of connection, courage, and leadership insight on: “The Practice of Bravery: How it shows up in Leadership and Life.”
Padmaja has built her career in some of the most high-stakes and male-dominated environments in the UK. But her story goes beyond engineering.
Having faced racism, sexism, bullying, and harassment — and choosing to take her fight for justice all the way to Parliament and the Defence Committee — Padmaja embodies a rare kind of leadership: one rooted in conviction, integrity, and action, even when the personal cost is high. This intimate dinner is more than a talk. It is a conversation about courage in real time.
Whether you are navigating leadership challenges, stepping into greater visibility, or questioning when to speak up — this evening will leave you thinking differently about what bravery truly requires.
