Build Your Inner Fire – Yoga Flow & Meditation Workshop
Join us for a yoga experience designed to help you reconnect and revitalise through soulful energetic movement and meditation.
The winter months can be harsh — why not take time out for yourself to create warmth, energy, and balance? This workshop will guide you through a yang practice to build inner heat, followed by deep rest, grounding, and meditation to nurture calmness and stillness within.
Through a nurturing blend of yoga flow, restorative postures, guided meditation, and soothing sound vibrations, you’ll be invited to turn up the heat and then slow down and savour the fullness of life.
Yoga teaches us to be present - awake to the beauty of now. Together, let’s embrace the winter season, build our inner fire, and cultivate groundedness, clarity, and peace.
This experience will restore your energy, balance your mind and body, and activate your natural healing response by soothing the nervous system via the practice of deep rest, inviting peace, and reconnection.
