Our afternoon begins with a cacao ceremony, where participants indulge in the rich flavors of ceremonial-grade cacao, setting intentions for the journey ahead. This sacred beverage serves as a heart opener, inviting participants to connect with themselves on a deeper level.
Sacral chakra resonant music sets the tone for the retreat, balancing the energy centre associated with creativity, sensuality, and emotional wisdom. The uplifting melodies and rhythms will help you to align with your inner goddess and tap into your creative potential.
Rhythmic movement and dance are incorporated to awaken the body and energise the spirit. Participants are invited to express themselves freely through movement, releasing any tension or stagnant energy stored within the body.
Guided visualisation and meditation will support you to explore your emotions, desires, and aspirations, fostering a sense of self-awareness and empowerment.
