Join Chef Kenya Catlin, local chef and nutrition coach, and taste dishes that celebrate classic comfort-food flavors that you can whip up at home using smart techniques, savvy swaps, and a holistic approach to nutrition.
As you sit back, relax, and enjoy the meal, you’ll learn about easy ways to enjoy healthier meals at home. It’s all about incorporating doable steps to meet your health goals and enjoying every meal along the way.
Chef demonstration. You will be served dinner, but you will not be cooking in this class. For ages 18 and up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.
Chef Bio:
Chef KENYA Catlin is the Chief Wellness Officer of BODY DIVINE Wellness. She is a Certified Health Coach Practitioner, Motivational Speaker and Author of “What’s Food Got to do With It? A Love Letter to Americans about Self-Love and Nutrition” who assists individuals, groups, communities, corporations and municipalities in pursuing healthier lives to prevent and manage chronic illness. She does this by teaching the practical principles of proper nutrition, movement, and overall wellness through behavior modifications.
KENYA started her practice in 2007 and has achieved long-term sustainable results among her clients. She has been featured on a variety of media outlets from prime-time television to local publications and her message is unwavering and clear: “Healthy People Make Healthy Communities.”
