About the Facilitator:

Jungle Flower is a trauma-informed sound bath facilitator, artist, and speaker dedicated to creating spaces for deep relaxation, healing, and transformation. Her sound baths integrate ancient practices with modern approaches to support nervous system regulation, creativity, and emotional well-being. her wellness journey began when she escaped a psychologically abusive relationship and felt called to support others in their healing. In 2012, she founded Reclaim Your Voice, a grassroots organization offering free healing spaces for survivors of abuse and S.A.. Her work was recognized with the Mayor’s Community Safety Award in 2021 from the so-called City of Toronto.

She has facilitated sound baths at institutions like the Royal Ontario Museum and the Aga Khan Museum, as well as universities across Turtle Island. As your guide, she holds sacred the trust you bestow upon me. You are your healer; her work is to help create the conditions for your soma to heal, which it innately knows how to do.
