Step away from the noise and return to your center. This immersive day retreat is designed to ground your nervous system and feed your soul through the "vibrational roots" of sound and sustenance.
- Stillness: Guided meditation to quiet the mind and find inner clarity.
- Sound: A restorative healing harp session to release tension at a cellular level.
- Sustenance: A mindful cooking and eating practice focused on the art of the healing broth.

Poonam Gujral A dedicated Rajyoga practitioner for over 30 years, she focuses on spiritual growth and service. Also a culinary expert, she infuses mindful, positive energy into cooking to nourish the body, mind, and soul.
Harsha Palli is a Raja Yoga meditation practitioner with 22 years of experience. He specializes in cultivating the calm, clear environment necessary for deep insight and meaningful "resets." He works professionally in technology and his passion lies in helping others find stillness in a fast-paced world.
