Nourish the Parent is a unique, online 1-hour-and-15-minute workshop designed to help you prioritize yourself in a world where parenting often feels isolating. This is your opportunity to slow down, connect, and grow in a nurturing environment.

About Your Facilitator: Emily Hughes
Emily Hughes is a conscious parenting coach, somatic therapist, and mother of two children. She specializes in helping parents navigate anger, frustration, and disconnection, empowering them with calm, confidence, and intentionality. Through practical strategies rooted in nonviolent communication and nervous system awareness, Emily supports parents in uncovering and addressing the deeper fears and beliefs that may hold them back.
