This class offers a mini field trip to our neighbor, who owns a beautiful urban garden, complete with chicken coop with eggs for our recipe! Chefs will explore a worm farm, learn about composting, and collect fresh eggs!
While cooking, chefs will learn the history of the recipe as well as the nutritional value of all the ingredients.
For a list of the ingredients prior to class, please email your request directly. Otherwise, a copy of the recipe will be sent home with each student chef to share with family, along with any leftovers we may have!
