Please arrive 15 min early so that all chefs are prepared to work in the kitchen on time. This includes a mini field trip! Chefs return for kitchen preparation such as washing hands, wearing proper attire (each chef receives an apron to use for class), as well as visiting the learning spaces.
Chef's will start the class outside to view the garden and harvest any ingredients required for the menu, and then come inside to prepare the meal. Finally, after cleaning up, time to enjoy the foods we made together between 3:30-4:00pm. Pick-up is after class between 4-4:30.
