Are you able to become present with your body easily, and listen?Join Heather and a group of women at her Farmhouse in Boulder, CO for a weekend immersion to connect deeply to your body through energetic exercises, verbal processing, discussions, energy work, movement, and also FOOD! We will cook, walk, eat, move, play, touch, explore, and relish the silence of the spacious landscape that invites you to occupy all that you actually be.
Each participant will receive a one hour energetic bodywork session from Heather over the course of the weekend, as well (included in the price).
