About this Event

Not Your Typical Reset is a half-day experience to help you reconnect with yourself through guided self-reflection, a movement & gentle breath practice, and meaningful conversation.

In a small and intimate group setting, we’ll explore the inner voices and patterns that shape the way we think, feel, and act.

Expect a grounded and welcoming atmosphere, in which you’re welcome the way you are. No prior experience with coaching, movement or breath is needed.

This is for you, if:

you've been sitting with a question for a while but haven't made space to actually look at it
you want to explore your inner landscape and integrate it through movement and breath
you're craving real connection with real people, not small talk
