Join us for Northstar's Women's Weekend, sponsored by our partners at Helly Hansen, Toyota, Nature Valley, American Express, Oakley, and Lavazza.

Open to female-identifying skiers and riders looking to enhance their skills on the mountain and in the terrain park in a supportive and inspiring setting with Northstar's expert female instructors, patrollers, and staff.
This 3-day event is all about empowering women in the world of snow. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, this weekend is perfect for anyone who wants to progress their skills alongside a group of supportive women. With hands-on activities, après gatherings, wellness moments, and more, you won't want to miss this event. Grab your gear and get ready for an unforgettable weekend!
Northstar's Women's Weekend is open to any skiers and riders who identify with and support the women’s community and a love for the outdoors. Guests are required to have their own gear and a valid Epic Pass or lift ticket for mountain access.

All are welcome at our events regardless of background or status.

WOMEN'S WEEKEND SCHEDULE:

Friday, March 6:

• 5:00 - 7:00 PM: Women's Weekend Kickoff (Discussion & Gear Talk)
  Kick off a weekend of fun and community with a casual welcome gathering. We'll start with a panel discussion on Overcoming Fear & Building Confidence as a Skier/Rider, featuring pro guide Emily Sotomayor from Alpenglow Expeditions and expert Northstar instructors and local pros, followed by a gear talk hosted by the gear experts of the Northstar Retail & Rentals team.
  After the talks, you'll have time to meet and mingle before we head into the weekend. Plus, the Northstar retail & rentals team will be dishing out free quick waxes, so you can get your gear ready for a weekend of shredding. Clinic participation not required in order to attend - open to all!

Saturday, March 7:

• 8:00 - 9:00 AM: Clinic check-in
• 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM: All-Mountain Clinic
  Explore the mountain and push your ability to the next level with an all-mountain clinic. Spend the day in a small group led by an expert instructor as you work on progressing your skills on the mountain. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced clinics will be offered, but please note that this clinic is not appropriate for first time skiers and riders.
• 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Open Group Ski/Ride
  Not participating in a clinic, but still interested in finding some friends to ski or ride with? Join our open group ski/ride, happening daily. Meet at 10:00 AM at the top of the Big Springs Gondola and join a group, then head up to take a few laps together!

• 3:30 PM: Group Photo & Party Lap
  Meet at the top of the Big Springs Gondola at mid-mountain at 3:30 PM to take a Women's Weekend group photo. After the photo, we'll end our day by taking a party lap down to the village together. All are welcome!
• 4:00 PM: Tōst on the Overlook
  Celebrate a day well spent with friends both old and new at a special edition Women's Weekend Tōst on the Overlook to end the day. All are welcome!
• 4:30 - 6:30 PM: Après Party ft. DJ Girl George
  Keep the good vibes going at the après party! We'll have DJ Girl George providing killer tunes, plus fun activities like a friendship bracelet station, and of course; a can't-miss free drawing with amazing prizes from Oakley, Helly Hansen, GoPro, and more!

Sunday, March 8:

• 7:30 -9:00 AM: First Tracks
  Calling all early birds: rise and shine to enjoy fresh corduroy with your squad! Enjoy early access to terrain off of the Comstock lift to get some laps in before the day starts. Note: this event is limited to intermediate & above skiers and riders only, due to the terrain available.
• 8:00 - 9:00 AM: Clinic check-in
• 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Progression in the Park Clinic
  Practice new skills and gain confidence in the park with this dedicated Terrain Park clinic. Hit the park in small groups led by expert instructors and get ready to shred! Beginner & Intermediate/Advanced sessions available, but please note that this clinic is not appropriate for first time skiers or riders.

• 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM: International Women's Day Activations
  Celebrate International Women's Day on Sunday, May 8 with a series of exciting activities, including free swag, a photo wall, a glitter station, and live painting by local artist Blair Latos. Stop by the booth at the top of the Big Springs Gondola to join the fun!
• 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Open Group Ski/Ride
  Not participating in a clinic, but still interested in finding some new friends to ski or ride with? Join our open group ski/ride. Meet at 10:00 AM at the top of the Big Springs Gondola and join a group, then head up to take a few laps together!
• 12:00 - 3:00 PM: Party in the Park ft. DJ Girl George
  We’re taking over a trail in the Northstar Terrain Parks and turning it into a ladies‑only terrain park party, complete with progressive features, an upbeat vibe, and zero pressure. Come lap the park, try something new, cheer each other on, and soak up the stoke, with DJ Girl George throwing down high‑energy beats all afternoon. (Clinic participation not required in order to attend the Party in the Park)

All Weekend:
Village Scavenger Hunt: Stop by the ticket office in the village to pick up a free scavenger hunt card, then visit the village restaurants and retailers to discover exclusive discounts for Women's Weekend. Get your card stamped at each location, then turn it in for chances to win prizes at either the Après Party on Saturday night or the International Women's Day Booth on Sunday!
Toyota Lift Ticket Giveaway:*
To celebrate Women’s Weekend, Toyota and Northstar California are teaming up to provide free one-day lift tickets to Toyota owners on Saturday, March 7th. If you currently own a Toyota, reserve your free one-day lift ticket and join us for Northstar Women’s Weekend! Pickup can be found in Northstar Village on Saturday, March 7th. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals who are registered to attend the Women’s Weekend event and are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Employees of Vail Resorts, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Complimentary Lift Ticket Description: The first thirty (30) eligible individuals who successfully register to attend the Women’s Weekend event will receive one (1) complimentary lift ticket to bring one guest (“Friend Ticket”) to be used during the event.

The Friend Ticket has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or substituted.

Event Access Requirement: While no purchase is required to participate in the giveaway, attendance at the Women’s Weekend event requires the registrant to hold a valid Epic Pass or to purchase a valid day lift ticket for themselves prior to the event.

The complimentary Friend Ticket applies only to the guest and does not replace the registrant’s required pass or ticket.

Redemption & Use

· The Friend Ticket is valid only for use during the Women’s Weekend event dates.

· Redemption instructions will be provided to eligible recipients prior to the event.

· All lift access is subject to resort rules, weather conditions, and operational availability.

Limitations: Limit one (1) Friend Ticket per eligible registrant. Once all thirty (30) Friend Tickets have been claimed per resort, no additional giveaways will be available. **
