North Stone Kitchen: Chef’s Preview Dinner Experience
Join us for a special evening designed for guests who enjoy discovering new dishes before they officially appear on the menu. This intimate Chef’s Table experience offers a behind the scenes look at the creativity happening in our kitchen and the inspiration behind North Stone Kitchen’s upcoming seasonal menu.

• Limited seating with only 20 guests per evening
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated tasting featuring a variety of dishes that highlight seasonal ingredients, chef driven techniques, and the flavors that will shape our upcoming menu. Courses may include seafood, house made pasta, steak, and a newly developed dessert, each designed to showcase balance, creativity, and fresh ingredients.
As part of the experience, guests will receive a brief feedback card and will have the opportunity to rate and score each course based on flavor, presentation, and overall appeal. Your feedback will play a meaningful role in helping our culinary team decide which dishes make it onto the finalized North Stone Kitchen menu.
This experience offers guests the first opportunity to taste and influence dishes being considered for our new menu, making it a unique chance to explore the direction of North Stone Kitchen before these items are officially released.
Designed to be interactive and social, the evening allows guests to enjoy thoughtful cuisine while hearing directly from the chef about the inspiration, ingredients, and techniques behind each course.
