Whilt some food, drink and ride venders MAY accept card we highly recomment CASH.

As always, Matt Major of Major Entertainments Ltd will be providing us with sounds throughout the whole event, along with one of his magical, 10-minute laser light shows - absolutely not to be missed!

Car passes must be booked at point of online ticket purchase. This is free, but enables the organisers to keep a tally of vehicle passes expected through the gate and to allocate vehicles to the correct parking area. PLEASE DO NOT TURN UP ON SPEC IN A VEHICLE EXPECTING TO PURCHASE TICKETS ON THE GATE - THE MARSHALLS HAVE BEEN BRIEFED TO TURN THESE VEHICLES AWAY. THE ONLY VISITORS WHO WILL BE PERMITTED ACCESS THROUGH PAYING FOR THEIR TICKETS ON THE GATE, ON THE NIGHT, WILL BE PEDESTRIAN VISITORS.

DRIVERS : (For drivers familiar with this site, you will be aware of what's coming now!)

For new visitors to this site, this is VITAL!!! There is a hard-standing approach up to and through the main access point, off Bristol Road (the B3130). From here, ALL vehicles (2WD, 4WD, AWD) will be directed into the (potentially soft and sploshy) fields by marshalls. These fields may well be muddy and, whilst getting in may be fairly straightfoward, exiting could prove hazardous and tricky if we have very wet conditions before the event!! It is imperative that drivers follow the marshalls' directions as they will be trying to assist drivers in leaving their vehicles as "high up" the fields as possible.

WARNING: Vehicle owners who choose to park in any of the grass car park areas do so at their own risk. 4x4 vehicles will be available on site to assist in rescuing those who may need a pull out of the parking areas; HOWEVER, THIS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT THE VEHICLE OWNERS' RISK. Any damage or expenses incurred during this process will be entirely down to the vehicle owner.

WHILST THE DECISION AS TO WHETHER TO BRING DOGS WITH YOU TO THIS TREMENDOUS OCCASION RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU, CLFDE DOES NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING THEM UNLESS THEY ARE 🐕‍🦺 ASSISTANCE DOGS AND THAT YOU, AS THE OWNERS, ARE CONFIDENT THAT YOUR WONDERFUL AND ESSENTIAL COMPANIONS CAN COPE WITH THESE NOISES, SMOKES AND SMELLS.

Please look after yourselves and your children. This will be a fantastic, exciting and memorable evening, but it will be a very busy, loud and energy-filled event. Keep your children supervised at all times. Be safe; have fun; smile lots; come and see us again next year!

There will be one designated toilet area - this will have ample portaloos to support an event of this size including disabled facilities.
