On March 17th, dreamy alt-pop artist Jay Thomas, winner of South Florida Gay News Best Artist 2021, returns to the North Beach Bandshell to perform his sensuous upcoming concept album, Butterfly Parade, in its entirety, the culmination of his Knight New Work Grant awarded in 2020.
