Join us for the Norooz Party on March 29th—a night of unforgettable fun, laughter, and great company! Enjoy games, a DJ, a comedian, dinner, and a limited number of complimentary drinks.
Norooz, or 'new day' is known as the Persian New Year. The turning of the calendar marks the start of spring and is celebrated in Iran along with other countries including Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, and Kazakhstan.
Festivities include:
- Haft-Seen table display
- Persian Dinner and Desserts
- DJ and Dance
- Stand-up Comedy Performance by K-von
- Complimentary alcoholic drinks for 21+

-- The event is open only to GW students, alumni, staff, and their plus-ones. Registration must be done with a GW email, or the ticket will be canceled.
-- Attendees must be 18+ and alcohol will be served only to those 21+ with valid government-issued ID.
