Join us outside of public hours for a sensory-friendly evening to enjoy the “Orchids: Masters of Deception” exhibit. See thousands of orchids on display and uncover some of the unique ways these plants have adapted to deceive pollinators! Interactive activities will be offered at this program.Intended Audience: Sensory-Friendly Event. Sensory friendly events provide museum access to individuals with autism, cognitive and sensory processing disabilities and their families by offering early/late entrance for registered participants, pre-visit materials, and a take-a-break space. These programs are coordinated to facilitate a welcoming experience.
