Join us for our Pregnancy and Postpartum Support Group at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital — a welcoming space to connect, share, and receive support through every stage of the perinatal journey. 💕🗓️ When:
2nd Tuesday of each month | 12:00–1:00 PM
4th Thursday of each month | 5:00–6:00 PM

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital
600 Gresham Drive, Norfolk, VA 23507
Check in at the Kaufman entrance information
desk to get visitors pass and proceed to the 4th
floor using the Norfolk Zone elevator. Check
in with Family Maternity Center registration to
receive direction to FMC CONF RM 3. Please be
sure to bring parking pass as it will be validated.

This group is open to anyone who is pregnant or within their first year postpartum.
This is a free, welcoming space for connection, encouragement, and understanding. 💗 Come as you are — whether you need to talk, listen, or just be surrounded by others who “get it.”
