Hot glass and live music come together for memorable evenings during Glass After Dark. Each month, watch the Perry Glass Studio team take the molten material to exciting places and enjoy entertainment by local musicians.This month, the Perry Glass Studio is proud to welcome renowned citizen artist vanessa german as part of the Higher Education Visiting Artist Series, in partnership with Old Dominion University and the Barry Art Museum. Working at the intersection of sculpture, performance, and communal ritual, german transforms found materials into powerful glass works that explore healing, love, and collective transformation, inviting audiences to experience art as a catalyst for connection and renewal.
Doors open at 7 p.m. The event begins at 8 p.m.
$10 for Museum members, $20 for non-members.
Tickets increase $10 at the door. Registration recommended.
