Grand Central Station to the MetLife building:

1. If starting out in Grand Central Station, follow the signs to the main concourse (Look for the iconic celestial dome above you) and then follow the signs leading to the escalator to the MetLife building.

MetLife building lobby to the mezzanine:

1. There will be an escalator directly in front of you on the right-hand side when you first walk into the MetLife building from Grand Central, Take that escalator up one floor.

2. There will be another escalator directly on your right-hand side when get to the second floor. Take that escalator up one floor as well. (There will be a MetLife security guard standing right beside the escalator and can help with any questions or confusion)

3. You are now in the MetLife lobby! Please pick up your visitor badge from the security desk in the lobby before heading to the auditorium (2N.206 Yosemite).
