- How to ensure your bylaws and minutes have the appropriate wording a bank requires
- Risk management information that includes 1. Dual controls with cash management systems; 2. Board member and signer responsibilities

Presenter Bio:
Kindra Skrydlak is a Relationship Banker in the Portland Metro area focused on building relationships and serving the business and nonprofit community. She serves on a number of committees including the Dougy Center Finance Committee and as President of her daughter’s school PTO. When not working, she enjoys baking, reading and spending time with her husband and two young children.
