James Golding boasts an impressive culinary background, having worked in renowned restaurants and hotels across London, the South of England, and New York City. As a fellow of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, Chair of the RACA Sustainability Committee, and Head of Food Education at the Table Talk Foundation, he brings a wealth of expertise to the table. You might also recognize him from his appearances on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch.
